Fingal Rowing Club (FRC) was established in 2016 and is now the tenth rowing club affiliated with the East Coast Rowing Council. The Club was originally based at Rush Sailing Club and is now located in Balbriggan, North County Dublin. While based in Balbriggan, the name “Fingal” reflects the Club’s wider community, including the surrounding towns of Skerries, Rush, Lusk, and Donabate.
